What kind of events do you do?
All kinds: weddings, birthdays, parties, graduations, fundraisers, corporate events, anniversaries, businesses conventions, prom nights, etc.
What space you require for the photobooth?
The Photobooths measure aprox. 2' x 6' but we need a work space preferably 10' x 10' for drapping, prop tables, space between people and photobooth and "space to breath".
Do you require electricity for the photobooth?
Yes, we need a standard power outlet of 110 volts near to the Photo Booth for your operation (let us know if we need an extension cord).
How long does it take you to set up the photo booth?
It can take us anywhere from 30-45 minutes to set up, we will arrive on site at least one hour before your photo booth hire time is due to start, this time is included and is not counted as part of your run time.
Do you have any suggestions on choosing an area for the photo booths?
We recommend that you try and position the photo booth as close to the action as possible. This way you and your guests will get more use out of it than if it were located in another room away from the party (requires aprox. a 10′x10′ space with access to electricity and protected from the wind and rain).
Do you stay with the photobooth?
We will always have a member of our staff throughout the whole event to take care of everything for you. Goofy Face PhotoBooth strives to make your experience as gratifying as possible to you and your guests. Don't forget that you don't only hire a photobooth from us, you also hire a complete service.
Are prints included with your rental rates?
Yes they are. Each photo booth session takes from 1 to 4 pictures which are then printed seconds later on a single 4x6 or 2 strips 2x6 index print for your guests to keep. Our rental rates include unlimited sessions and an individual index print of each session. We also offer optional add-ons such as double print.
How much of a deposit is required to reserve my date?
We require a 50% deposit to formally book your date. You need to pay the pending balance before the services starts.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, all professional photo booth companies must carry Public Liability Insurance.
What are idle hours for?
Sometimes it not always possible to set up or break down the photo booth directly before or after an event. For example, if you require the booth setting up at 6pm but do not want it running until 9pm, this would be charged at 3 idle hours on top of the hire costs. Idle hours are charged at $25 per hour.
Can our guests view the images after the event?
Yes, after your event we create an online gallery for you and your guests to view the images.
How long does it take for our pictures to be posted to the internet?
Most photo booth galleries are posted only 1-3 business days following the event. On rare occasions it may take a day or two longer. There is no additional charge for this web posting service and with Goofy face.
Can we choose to have our photo booth galleries password protected?
Yes, simply choose the password you would like and we will take care of the rest by directing your guests to our website with your chosen password. If not, the gallery is available for everybody.
What does the facebook feature do?
After the event, we create an album on the Goofy faceface photobooth profile and post all the index pictures taken. It is great fun and completely optional.
Do you provide a digital copy of the pictures taken in the booth?
Yes. We always provide our clients with a CD/DVD (or email) containing full resolution copies of both their individual image files and the 4-up index print files after the event.
How long does it take for the pictures to be printed?
After the last picture is taken the photobooth is ready again in about 20 seconds and printed in professional quality paper in less than a minute.
What printers do you use?
We use thermal dye sublimation printers, the same as the photo processing companies use, the best in the business. The prints are fast, touch dry and water proof immediately
Can we have color or black & white prints?
Your guests can choose to have colour or black & white prints per visit via the touch screen.
What cameras do your booths use?
Our photo booths use high end professional SLR cameras resulting in sharp quality pictures.
Can you print the photo strips with a personalized message, company logo, or advertising?
Of course! Regardless the occasion our photo strips can be personalized with you company logo, bride & groom's name, graduated class name, etc. We have lots of ideas and suggestions to match your theme or colors of your decoration.
For how long can I rent your PhotoBooth?
Our basic service is for 1 hour, but it can be rented for as long as you need it.
How many people can fit on the booth?
With our open booth concept, you can capture ALL the people that can fit in the picture. Our record is 11, can you beat it?
Can I use goofy face photobooth for my outdoor event?
Yes, you can use it for outdoors but we recomend to locate the booth in a shadow area. Don't forget that we need a power outlet for your operation.
There is a charge for travel outside of Metropolitan Area?
Yes, a small charge may need to be added to events outside of this depending the travel distance. Photobooth in Vieques or Culebra? No problem! Ask before sign the contract.
I have already completed the booking form, can I now pay my deposit or pending balance via PayPal?
